Animal Emergency Medical Training (AEMT) occasionally shares photos and videos from our training courses on social media and with the RECOVER organization. This is done without including any identifying personal information. Organizations who hire AEMT for training services may be tagged by name in these posts. If you DO NOT wish for your likeness (without identifying information) included in our social media, please inform the Instructor(s) prior to the start of the event.
Liability Waiver
Participation in an Animal Emergency Medical Training (AEMT) RECOVER® Rescuer Certification Course requires physical activity that carries risk, including but not limited to tripping, falling, overexertion, and altitude-related ailments. Participants acknowledge that they do not have physical, medical, or mental limitations or disabilities that, without reasonable modifications to the planned activities, would limit or prevent them from participating in the course. AEMT Instructors are prepared to modify course activities to accommodate participant limitations.
If you would like to make any limitations or ailments known to the Instructor(s) ahead of your scheduled course, please email hbecker@animalemt.com.
By accepting the liability waiver during course registration, you agree to the following statement:
"I hereby release and discharge Animal Emergency Medical Training (AEMT), its owners, directors, officers, employees, agents, legal representatives, and successors from any and all liability, claims, demands, or causes of action that may arise from my participation in AEMT's RECOVER® Rescuer Certification Course, including any property loss, injuries, or damages caused by the negligence of the released parties."
